	If you dont know how to submit a tutorial then follow these guidelines: 1) Always accompany a step or two with an example screen shot of in Paint.NET Design. 2) Be very descriptive and post the attributes when applying effects. 3) Make sure that when you post images showing people an example on how to do the corresponding step; that the image is no bigger than 400x400, if you need to provide a bigger screen shot then provide a link to the original image source. 4) Expect constructive critisism, people will no doubt find a fault with your tutorial, so dont take it personally. Also use the constructive critisism to edit and make your tutorial better. 5) If you want you tutorial to be published on the locked official Tutorial thread them add a poll to your tutorial with the question: "Do you want to see this tut published in the official tutorial thread?" And the answers being either: "Yes" or "No" to get a straight forward answer! 6) If you need to see visual tutorial, them go to the 'Tutorial' section on the main website: www.js92.110mb.com/Tutorials Good Luck With your tutorials!
